Fantastic location (Test Way literally on the doorstep) for accessing the walks of the Test Way/Kings Way/Itchen Way.

Perfect location, New Forest, Southampton and Winchester all within 30mins. Romsey has its own swimming pool and sports centre. Lots to do near by.

Lovely, luxurious accommodation in beautiful setting with great walks within walking distance of the cottage. Very cosy and relaxing and enjoyed watching the doves, cockerels, chickens and pheasants (especially the cockerels who are real characters). Would thoroughly recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Would recommend Brock farm cottages and particularly King Alfred as a great base, to explore this part of the country. We had a lovely peacefull 4 days.
